A group advocating for bicycle use in Msla, MT Build-em, Fix-em, Ride-em!Our Group helps you build 4–wheel, & recumbent bikes. Build one for free by volunteering @ Free Cycles. We’re also trying trailer designs & bikes made from used bedframes.

WE BUILD 4 Wheel, 3-Wheel Trikes, and 2-Wheel RECUMBENT BIKES at the FREE CYCLES MISSOULA open shop.

BUT WE ARE JUST A GROUP WHO BUILDS THERE, WE DO NOT WORK FOR FREE CYCLES!

WE ARE VERY THANKFUL TO THE FREE CYCLES PROJECT FOR ASSISTING US!

Join This Group thread to get FREE plans for building your own (as we make them), email updates and event notices or building meeting times.

To get a FREE bike:

- You Must Volunteer for 2 hrs at Free Cycles (mostly shop cleanup and sorting parts etc.)

- Take the "Bike Well" class offered during the week before you start building your recycled bike.

THAT's IT, not bad for a killer custom bike you built yourself (with our help)

(Class limit 5 bikes at any 1 time)

Well there has not been much going on with this bike group over the  winter but this group still builds bikes, if you are interested please call us on THURS. or FRI. to make arrangements to meet at the bike shop on SUN.

If we get no calls we will not be at the shop.
