An intent focused, moving meditation with Tsalagi Native American influences, is perfect for people who struggle with conventional meditation (za-zen) or Body movement exercises (yoga).  Or those  who want to gain awareness of self and universal life energy, reconnect with natures rhythm, to lead a balanced and healthy life. The AM "Dance of Life" sets your energy for an energetic and  productive start for your day.  

If you enjoy the practice of movement techniques like Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or Yoga, you will learn the principles behind their effectiveness and be invigorated by the DOL!
